All of our 20kg Olympic barbells are built with IWF specifications in mind, with 28mm shafts, knurling grips, and dual markings.
Our Olympic barbells have a smooth knurling with a medium depth, ensuring they are easily gripped when pulling from the floor. With no centre knurling, our bars have a comfortable feel when in the front rack, making them ideal for weightlifting, CrossFit and functional training.
