The stainless steel wire holder cools down quicker than the stone to make handling easier, while the flame tamer prevents your BBQ flames from spreading beyond the edge of the stone.
Top your base with good-quality tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil leaves for a classic Margherita, or experiment with additional toppings.
