The Competition Econ Flat Bench is a 3"x3" tubing, 2mm thick steel (slightly thicker than 14-gauge) flat bench. It features a lighter frame than our Competition Heavy Flat Bench which makes it easier to move, but lowers the weight rating.

Great for the standard bench press, Bulgarian split squats, dips, and other fundamental exercises. The Get RX'd Competition Econ Flat Bench is the perfect addition to any home or commercial gym. The Competition Econ Flat Bench also comes with a fixed handle and added transport wheels, making it easily mobile and great for anyone with space concerns. Move it in, move it out.
