RX3 3000 Plate Loaded Attachment converts your Get RXd RX3 Series of Racks into a single column dual-handed/dual-pulley functional trainer without losing the use of the front uprights to attach j-cups. It offers ability for both 2:1 and 1:1 weight ratios.

- cables: aircraft grade nylon cables (not included)
- trolley features: stainless steel handle with knurling and a silver anodized aluminum pop pin for trolley adjustment
- trainer handles: 2x black anodized aluminum handles with knurling

- weight ratio: 1:1 (single handle) or 2:1 (dual handle)
Note: This listing is for the RX3 Cable Tower 3000 attachment (without cable) only, you would also need:
- 1 set of cables for 26" crossbar [8965mm*1, 2060mm*1] or 1 set of cables for 42" crossbar [9555mm*1, 2060mm*1]
