The RX3 Military Bench is designed for versatility at its core. The bench is made from 3x3 tubing with 1" holes to offer numerous use-cases when paired with optional attachments. It can be used as a freestanding lat pull down seat, low row kick stand, military bench, chest supported bench, incline bench, and as a frame for seal row pads, landmine, or belt squat attachments.

The RX3 Military Bench is built from 3"x3" 11-gauge steel, featuring a U-shaped base with anti-slip rubber foot covers. Measuring 1229mm (48") L x 1027mm (40") outer W x 848mm (33") H, it includes built-in wheels for easy transport. Crafted with offset 1" holes at 2" spacing, it supports RX3 attachments like the RX3 Optimus Pad, RX3 Lat Pull and Low Row Pad, Lat Pulldown Seat, and Seal Row Pad plus other 3"x3" accessories on the market. Each component is finished with a durable black powder coat and utilizes 1" black e-coat hardware for long-lasting performance.

Optional Add-Ons

RX3 Military Bench Handle: attaches to the bench frame, offering a knurled, anti-slip grip for secure lifting, tilting, and transport to access the frame's wheels more easily. It features rounded chrome pins for quick setup and UHMW protection to prevent rack damage, ensuring safe and smooth transport.
RX3 Clasp Plate Sleeve: anchors the bench frame with standard olympic weight plates, and also acts as a stopper when pushed up against the rack's uprights to prevent movement during heavy lifts and pulls. It includes an 11" chrome loadable plate sleeve, rubber bumper, plastic end cap, and a 1" magnetic pin for secure attachment, enhancing stability and safety.
